The Eight Sleep Pod Pro smart bed combines smart sleep tracking technology with enhanced temperature regulation to provide a deep, restorative sleep. With users able to monitor sleep stages, sleep time, toss and turns, as well as a multitude of biometrics, trouble spots can be easily pinpointed and addressed.

In addition, the Pod Pro tracks the ambient room temperature, humidity and local weather conditions to automatically adjust the temperature of the bed for a more comfortable night’s sleep, ranging from 55 to 110 degrees Fahrenheit.

As water flows from the bed’s Hub and into the Active Grid, the bed is either warmed or cooled depending upon occupant needs. Refills for the water occur every 2-3 months.

Users can access their stats from the Pod’s associated app and control the pod temperature for themselves or their partner anywhere in the world.

Dual zones allow different preferences to share the same bed comfortably as well, with individual automation split between average user schedules. A new feature to the Pod Pro even incorporates gentle vibrations at the chest level to gradually wake up users, ensuring a smooth morning experience according to the company.
