The new Philips PPDS Air Quality Sensor allows schools and businesses to easily monitor the air quality within indoor environments helping to improve the wellbeing, health and safety of staff, students and customers, as well as reducing the spread of potentially harmful and debilitating viruses.
Connected and powered by a single USB-A cable and compatible with PPDS’ latest Philips Professional TVs, interactive displays, and digital signage, the PPDS Air Quality Sensor features four advanced sensors that monitor air quality 24/7. These sensors measure humidity, carbon dioxide, temperature and particulate matter, all of which have an influence on health and wellbeing.
The data, whether for one sensor in a single room or building or multiple installations across multiple sites is analyzed, translated and displayed in real time through a user-friendly dashboard and app. Whenever the air quality is deemed to have fallen below a safe standard, automatic alerts will be distributed across all channels for immediate action. The app will even make tailored recommendations based on specific readings. Historical records can also be accessed for extensive reporting and data analytics.
Available as a standalone purchase, or as part of a bundled package, the sensor’s compatibility with Philips professional displays makes installation fast and easy in any environment.
