Modern Forms introduces the ULTRA Germicidal Smart Fan to help create a safer space for guests in hospitality settings.

By combining powerful UV-C LED modules with up to 5172 cubic feet per minute (CFMs) of airflow on high, the smart fan can move a tremendous volume of air in an occupied space up towards the actively irradiated space above the fan, where the air is exposed to the UV-C radiation, and then back down to occupied space to help reduce the risk of airborne transmission of pathogens in an enclosed space.

Independent lab tests done by CAP (College of American Pathologists) and CLIA  (Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments) accredited lab, Innovative Bioanalysis, showed a 99.99% reduction of collectable active pathogen in the air.

The ULTRA is packaged as a designer ceiling fan, available in 54” diameter size with three finishes: brushed nickel housing with matte black blades, matching matte black housing and blades and matching matte white housing and blades. Stainless steel hardware allows the fan to be used in outdoor settings as well. It is also Energy Star rated, running 70% more efficient than traditional ceiling fans.

A Bluetooth remote controls the speeds for the fan and the direction of airflow, but for even more control, users can connect to the Modern Forms app to control ULTRA from anywhere in the world, creating schedules, integrating it with building systems or even with other smart devices. The ULTRA integrates seamlessly with leading smart home devices, using voice command and advances in automation for enhanced interactivity.
