Broan-NuTone introduces a new connected indoor air quality system, Overture, for builders and remodelers to offer homeowners.

The system connects to a home’s ventilation to monitor the quality of air and activate when quality levels drop below the threshold. It fully integrates into the ventilation system and can be installed in both new constructions and remodels with the need of a central hub, capable of being controlled from the cloud and making installation easy.

Fully customizable and automated, the system provides up to the minute reports on performance and air quality levels to ensure constant, fresh airflow, pulling from metrics such as humidity, VOCs, smoke and CO2 to designate when fans should be activated. The data can be accessed via an app that also controls the system, and allows users to view individual room data and historical readings as well.
