Through the program, select active communities and all future planned communities in the state will include home features centering around the core pillars of automation, sustainability, energy-efficiency and healthy lifestyles.

Apple Partnership Delivers Home Automation Through HomeKit
Supported by a partnership with Apple, Landsea’s homes will utilize the company’s HomeKit ecosystem to handle all home automation, allows users to control everything from a single mobile application. Automations featured in the home include entry door locks, thermostat control, garage door opener control, light dimmer switches, doorbell camera pre-wire and white glove service with an individualized training session.
Landsea Homes will also include upgraded roof insulation, more efficient mechanical systems such as tankless water heaters, Energy Star-rated appliances and LED lighting. Environmentally conscious building materials alongside the implementation of waste-reduction programs will help ensure better health and sustainability outcomes during the building process. In addition, all homes will come equipped with state-of-the-art Reme Halo air purifiers for enhanced air quality.
